1. Acknowledgment of Pre-Existing Conditions

The custxomer acknowledges that windows and glass surfaces may have pre- existing scratches, cracks, chips, stains, or other imperfections. Spotless Window Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damages that occur due to prior surface conditions.

2. Glass Manufacturer Defects

The customer understands that some glass may contain defects, including but not limited to fabrication debris, tempered glass imperfections, or scratches caused by poor installation. Spotless Window Cleaning LLC will not be held liable for damage related to these defects.

3. Risk of Scratching from Foreign Particles

Even with the use of professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions, debris such as sand, dirt, or mineral deposits on the glass surface may lead to scratches during the cleaning process. Spotless Window Cleaning LLC shall take all reasonable care but is not liable for any incidental scratching caused by such foreign particles.

4. Use of Tools and Cleaning Techniques

The customer agrees that Spotless Window Cleaning LLC may use various tools (e.g., squeegees, scrapers, microfiber cloths) and techniques suitable for professional cleaning. While every effort will be made to avoid damage, tools such as scrapers may cause scratches, especially if debris is present.

5. Customer Inspection and Reporting

Upon completion of the service, the customer agrees to inspect the windows and notify Spotless Window Cleaning LLC of any concerns within 24 hours. If no concerns are reported within this timeframe, the service will be considered accepted, and any future damage claims related to scratches will be void.

6. Waiver of Liability:

The customer hereby releases Spotless Window Cleaning LLC, its employees, and agents from all liability for any scratches, chips, or damage discovered during or after the cleaning service, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
